Returns

Returns and exchanges are possible for most orders. To return your purchase, please:

  1. contact me within 14 days of delivery
  2. return your purchase to me within 30 days of delivery.

All returned items must be in perfect condition on return (that is, I can resell them) to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Faulty items will be replaced. Please note that all items are handmade and imperfections are a characteristic of such items.
